About me

Summary

I’ve been working as a freelance indexer since 2007. I’ve completed over 550 indexes for more than 15 clients, including for academic books, trade books and school textbooks, in both English and Afrikaans. The subjects that I’ve indexed include: biographies, crime, current affairs, economics, education, entrepreneurship, environmental issues, history, management, marketing, psychology, sociology and sport.

My training and early career was in library science. For specific indexing training, I completed the Training in Indexing distance-learning course of the Society of Indexers.
